Meet the Team
FOUNDER & CEO - Bernardo Gelman
I’m an entrepreneur with a strong business and technology background, including years of experience in satellite TV systems, GPS technologies and quantitative analysis across the U.S. and South America. Driven by a passion for solving real-world problems through research and continuous learning, I founded DropVerify to make last-mile delivery more efficient, reliable and productive.
CSO - Jeffrey Hanina
I focus on building long-term growth through strategic partnerships and business development. My background combines entrepreneurship, public-sector collaboration and law enforcement, giving me a practical perspective on trust, accountability and how innovative solutions gain adoption in complex environments.
CMO - Michael Sobotka
At DropVerify, I lead marketing with a product-first mindset, combining my background in product management, entrepreneurship and go-to-market execution. I try to turn complex technology into clear values, strong positioning and clear messages that drive trust and adoption.
CTO - Asaf Chen
I'm leading technology at DropVerify, combining my software engineering expertise with deep experience in system operations and reliability. My focus is on building resilient, scalable platforms that perform in real-world conditions and deliver trust at the point of delivery.
CFO - Pedro Seidl
I oversee DropVerify’s financial strategy, contracts, and governance, ensuring the company is built on a solid and transparent foundation. With an MBA and extensive experience in venture capital, I support clear, structured decision-making and help align financial planning with long-term, sustainable growth.
